One of the advantages - stylish and spotlessly clean rooms; they included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was near resturants to a place to eat som dalmatian cakes, Marjan Park and Diocletian's palace...

During my recent travel to Split, I had the opportunity to stay at Guest House Kala. As someone who frequently travels, I appreciated the convenience of this hotel, especially since I was only staying for transit. The fact that the nearest airport was just 23 km away made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my connecting flight without any hassle. the hotel provided parking close by, which ensured that I had a secure place to park my car during my stay.
One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the confusion with the directions to the hotel. However, I must emphasize that this was entirely my mistake.

The rooms are air-conditioned and have free WiFi, perfect for staying connected and comfortable. The private bathrooms in each room ensure privacy and convenience. Some rooms even have a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, making it easy to prepare meals. The rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and bed linen and towels, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The historic charm of the house, dating back to 1805, adds an extra special touch to the experience. I loved the double room with a patio, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. The seating area in the double room was a great spot to relax and unwind. The satellite TV in the double room kept me entertained during downtime. The soundproofing in the double room ensured a peaceful and quiet stay. Each room has a wardrobe, keeping everything organized and neat.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the specific feature I didn't like. However, others might still enjoy it.

Fantastic home away from home in Split! The spacious and stylish apartment was the best we've had in Croatia. It felt like our own place. The welcoming family, especially Frano and his mom, made us feel at home with homemade sherry and garden fruits. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and main attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room was small and lacked extra amenities. There was no breakfast included.
